Virginia Rometty breaks IBM's glass ceiling

IBM appointed Virginia Rometty chief executive, bringing the number of female CEOs in Fortune 500 companies to a record high 18. Rometty says she began her rise to the top after learning to project confidence she didn't necessarily feel. "You have to be very confident even though you're so self-critical inside," she says.
