D.C. takes eminent domain action to build stadium

The District of Columbia has invoked eminent domain against 16 property owners in the Southeast section of the city to make way for a new baseball stadium. In seizing the property, worth $84 million, the city hopes to keep on schedule for opening the Washington Nationals' ballpark by March 2008.
