Halloween sets sights on record-breaking season

Once relegated as a one-day event, Halloween has expanded to become its own "mini-holiday." Consumers are expected to spend an average of $60 per person this year and a record $4.96 billion billion on costumes, candy and decor, according to the National Retail Federation.
