More low-salt products entering marketplace

ConAgra recently introduced low-sodium Orville Redenbacher popcorn, and Pepperidge Farm is bringing out reduced-sodium breads. Between 2002 and 2007, products introduced with lower-sodium claims jumped from 102 to 209, and almost all major food companies have rolled out at least one such product.
