Presidential candidates adopt different positions on disability issues

People with disabilities and their advocates are parsing the presidential candidates' plans to determine what they might mean for people with special needs. Sen. Barack Obama voted to increase IDEA funding, while Sen. John McCain opposed it -- though he did co-sponsor the Autism Act.
