House panel to tackle thorniest issues of regulatory revamp

The House Financial Services Committee is set to discuss issues including how to take over systemically important companies and the Federal Reserve's role in supervising financial markets. Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., chairman of the committee, could release draft legislation this week, according to congressional aides. Those bills could have broad implications for financial institutions.
