Charlottesville, Va., officials consider forming a tree commission

City councilors at Charlottesville, Va., are considering the creation of a commission that would oversee maintenance and preservation of the city's trees. The commission would also implement the city's Urban Forest Management Plan and revise it every five years to accommodate newer and better methods of caring for trees.
