More offshore-drilling reforms are coming, Interior official says

The Department of the Interior is continuing its efforts to revamp offshore oil and natural gas drilling after the Gulf of Mexico spill, said Deputy Interior Secretary David Hayes. "We are in a constant reform cycle, big time," he said. The Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement will also undergo restructuring, Hayes added.
