JPMorgan: REITs beat all other asset classes over 20-year period

REITs were the top-performing asset class over the past 20 years, according to JPMorgan Asset Management. REITs delivered a compound annual rate of return of 10.5%. Oil was second, with an 8% compound ROI, followed by the S&P 500 index and then gold.
