Companies use technology, data to make better hires

More companies are using games and online questionnaires to analyze job candidates to make better hires. Evolv, for instance, uses questionnaires to analyze employment history and has found job hopping is a poor predictor of how long someone will stay in a job. "As human beings, we’re actually pretty bad at evaluating other human beings," Evolv's David Ostberg says.
