Governor's races zero in on testing

Democratic gubernatorial candidates in Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Texas have spoken out against the increasing use of standardized tests to gauge school performance. While the candidates are not opposed to standardized tests, they question the emphasis placed on test-based accountability standards.
