Additional benefits of red wine identified

Researchers in Britain identified additional benefits of resveratrol, a compound found in red wine known to slow the progressive lung disease called chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The scientists have identified ways in which resveratrol could be used to treat the disease more effectively than corticosteroids.
