Are SoCal grocery strikes a sign of more to come?

While 70,000 grocery store workers strike in Southern California, union officials say there may be similar labor issues in Northern California as the labor contracts there are set to expire later this year. A union legal director in Northern California said a contract offer like the one in Southern California would "virtually guarantee" a strike.
