New England stadium development called for teamwork

New England Patriot fans were rewarded for years of sitting on aluminum seats and using portable toilets when the new Gillette Stadium opened in Foxboro, Mass., last fall. The pressure of getting the new stadium ready for a scheduled June soccer match opening caused the design and development teams to work closely together on innovative solutions to HVAC, lighting, technology and sustainable living issues.
