Hotels waking up to creative wake-up calls

Whereas wake-up calls are typically among the least exciting moments of a hotel stay, some properties are taking action to change that. At the Renaissance Las Vegas, guests can awaken to messages recorded by Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin impersonators, and W Hotels is introducing a menu of calls with various messages, ranging from standard to inspirational.
