Orlando, Las Vegas see big drops in passenger traffic

Two of the most popular leisure destinations in the U.S. suffered big declines in airline passenger traffic for September. Passenger counts in Las Vegas slid 13.2% compared with September 2007, according to local airport data, the biggest drop in seven years. Orlando International Airport reported a similar percentage decline, as passenger counts dropped by 380,000 for the month.
