Science lessons focus of teachers at Science Expo

Field trips to learn about crime-scene investigation and other interactive science outings were just a few of the tips that Oconee County, S.C., teachers picked up at the recent Science Expo attended by 17 science-focused businesses. "I think the way that you make science to kids is relate it to the real world around them and these people here are real world science professionals," said Chris White, Oconee County science instructional specialist and co-coordinator of the exposition.
