After 3 years of building, Australian bridge is near completion

Workers were set to pour the final concrete on the second Gateway Bridge in Brisbane, Australia. After the concrete pour is completed, they will adjust the tension of cables that hold the two ends of the structure together. Officials expect the $1.7 billion bridge, which took three years to build, to last for 300 years.
