Gourmet brand continues, through cookbook and TV series

Although Gourmet magazine has ceased to exist since Conde Naste pulled the plug earlier this month, the nameplate lives on through a recently released cookbook and a PBS cooking and travel show, which debuted Oct. 17. The TV series has as a sponsor American Airlines, which also was a longtime advertiser in the magazine.
