Talk-radio stations need to have a plan in place to keep listeners informed should the H1N1 flu outbreak escalate into a national emergency, according to Holland Cooke, a consultant with McVay Media. "If radio is a no-show, this single event could relegate us to a diminished status in peoples' lives forever more," Cooke said.
