U.S. will help climate talks move forward, Obama aide says

White House Coordinator of Energy and Climate Policy Carol Browner said the U.S. government is confident that it will be able to work with other countries in forging a climate treaty in Denmark this December. She said it is still possible for the Senate to pass climate legislation this year even with Congress preoccupied with health care reform.
