Freight exec: Port of New York unprepared for additional cargo

Concerned freight handlers say the Port of New York and New Jersey needs to address infrastructure bottlenecks and to improve productivity before it's ready for more cargo -- the looming result of Panama Canal improvements. "We're not ready for it... I'm concerned we still have infrastructure issues," said Jim Devine, president and CEO of GCT USA.
