Ignore the critics, but listen to the market

Shaun Rein writes that when he set out to open a consulting firm in China, the "experts" told him he was doomed to failure. "Fortunately for me, I've never been good at listening to detractors," he writes. Instead of listening to the naysayers, pay more attention to what the market is telling you, he suggests. One final piece of advice: Don't be afraid to delegate.
