A Louisville, Ky.-based company named Mavizon Technologies has developed a device called AutoBot that allows drivers to use their smartphones to control a variety of vehicle-related functions such as locking and unlocking doors, performing diagnostic checks and controlling window settings. The AutoBot system also supports Web-based services such as online mapping and instant messaging.
