Google urges marketers to make mobile user-friendly

Consumers are increasingly shifting to mobile search, and marketers that hope to meet them there need to act immediately to make mobile websites and applications more user-friendly, said Google lead product manager Surojit Chatterjee. "How good your site looks on mobile determines how people think about your business," Chatterjee said.
