Opinion: TSA should continue "chat-downs"

The Transportation Security Administration's strategy of interviewing travelers at airports may improve security, the USA TODAY editorial board writes. The board acknowledges that some observers have questioned the interviews, but says that they make sense. "The chat pilot should move ahead, but TSA would help itself and fliers by sharply defining its objective," the board writes. The American Civil Liberties Union offers an opposing view.
