Toshiba rolls out ARM-based MCUs with CAN, Ethernet, USB

Toshiba Electronics Europe debuted the TMPM369Fxxx series of microcontrollers based on ARM's Cortex-M3 core, incorporating Controller Area Network, Ethernet and Universal Serial Bus host and device interfaces. The Cortex-M3 cores run at 80MHz, according to the company.
