$4B-plus Watts Bar nuclear reactor construction advances

About 2,500 construction workers have put in 15.3 million man-hours of work while working on the bulk construction phase of the Watts Bar Unit 2 nuclear reactor in Tennessee. The project, expected to be completed in 2015, will likely cost between $4 billion and $4.5 billion. All work so far has been done without a lost-time accident.
