Calif. district, city partner to address cyberbullying

Educators in San Francisco recently partnered with city officials to get proactive about addressing cyberbullying -- and its potentially tragic results. One parent who attended a symposium on the topic said his children both opened social media accounts without his knowledge and without being old enough to open them under the website's rules.
