Campbell execs give tips for climbing corporate ladder

Women have made progress in the corporate world during the past few decades, but the vast majority of Fortune 500 companies are still run by men, Campbell Soup CEO and President Denise Morrison says. "The business world needs the best talent from both genders to compete in an ever-changing environment and drive innovation," she said. "We've made progress, but there is more to do." Morrison and Irene Chang Britt, Campbell's senior vice president of global baking and snacking and president of Pepperidge Farm, say women can progress up the corporate ladder by forming a plan, achieving at a high level and networking with others.
