Chocolate rules Halloween candy scene

Halloween is chocolate's biggest holiday, and almost three-quarters of all candy purchased for the holiday will be chocolate, according to the NCA. Reese's, with annual sales of $509.85 million, leads in sales of snack-sized packages, popular for trick-or-treaters. More than $12.6 billion was spent on chocolate last year in the U.S., up almost 4% from the year before.
