EEOC sees increase in religion-based complaints

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission last year received 3,811 complaints citing religious discrimination, its second-highest total ever for a single year. Religion-based complaints have more than doubled in the past 15 years, and experts say workers are increasingly assertive in filing complaints over religion.
