Family plans let less-frequent fliers reap rewards

Some airlines allow people to pool their air miles as part of a family plan, enabling those that don't fly too often to collect rewards. JetBlue has such a program that lets up to two adults over 21 and five kids under 21 to pool their miles. ANA and Japan Airlines are a few others that have these kinds of programs.
