An interview is the best time for job candidates to learn if they wish to work for a company or not, according to the job-search experts interviewed for this article. Job seekers should ask what sets the organization above others and talk to other employees about bosses and other working conditions if a job offer is made. "People think an interview is when they have to sell themselves. But I think it's also a time to ask questions and find out more about the employer," said Alexandra Levit, co-founder of the Career Advisory Board.
