Kimco Realty buys 24-asset retail portfolio for $270M

Kimco Realty has purchased a 24-property, 1.4-million-square-foot retail portfolio in New England and New Jersey. It paid $270 million for the portfolio, which is anchored by such retailers as Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Lowe's, Kohl's, CVS and Walgreen and has an occupancy rate of 96%.
