Senate will vote on ENDA this year, Reid says

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says the Employee Non-Discrimination Act will be brought for a vote before the Senate before Thanksgiving. The law would forbid workplace discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. It has failed every time it has been introduced since 1994.
