Tide is promoting a series of Halloween-themed Vine videos by showing the six-second spots on digital billboards in 11 markets. Tide is debuting a new video from the series, which spoofs classic scary movies, every other day through the end of the month. "Vine is interesting because it's not just a launch and leave. It can drive engagement for weeks," said Randy Limes, a Procter & Gamble brand manager.
