Marketers Shift To Electronic Delivery Methods

In the wake of the recent anthrax scare, interest in online marketing and billing has surged, prompting analysts to wonder if the new focus represents a permanent technology shift or just a passing craze. For direct marketers, the shift to e-mail would be a challenge as they currently have access to just 20 million to 22 million e-mail addresses compared to hundreds of millions of postal addresses.
