Kosher food moves beyond knish and gefilte fish

At the 15th Kosherfest trade show this week, exhibitors showed off their lines of kosher paella, enchiladas and even pet food. Kosher food has evolved into a $7 billion industry, and companies such as Kellogg's and Kraft have obtained kosher certification for some of their products.
