Cargill adds trans fat-free products to Clear Valley line

Cargill has expanded its line of high-oleic canola products with the addition of two new products, a doughnut shortening and an icing shortening. Cargill hopes the new products will address the growing demand for goods that are low in saturated fat and trans fat-free.
