Children's health care bill moves to Senate

After a 265-142 House approval, the Senate will review the latest version of the State Children's Health Insurance Program bill this week. The bill could be changed as it moves into the Senate, and both parties could face political repercussions if the bill is not completed by the end of the year, The Wall Street Journal says.
