Lower taxes and delayed tax payments could help small businesses weather an economic crisis, according to testimony at a House hearing Tuesday. Speakers also suggested changes to the Small Business Administration. "Whether it is by expanding the SBA's role or providing tax relief, entrepreneurs must have access to all the tools they need," Chairwoman Nydia Velazquez, D-N.Y., said. "They have powered this country out of other recessions, and they can do it again today."
