Small firms say they can afford little for insurance

Small-business owners are not willing to pay much to provide health insurance for their employees, according to a new Mercer survey. Wall Street Journal readers reacting to the survey were divided between their support for free national insurance and concern that it would drive the best doctors overseas, where they could make more money.
