Educators go all out for D.C.'s enrollment audit

Washington, D.C., educators are using Halloween costumes and other efforts to ensure that as many students as possible are in school on days attendance is subject to an audit. The enrollment numbers on those days will drive decisions in teacher hiring, funding and also be a sign of whether schools Chancellor Michelle Rhee's reforms have stopped a student exodus from the district's public schools.
