Harsco, Chinese firm sign infrastructure agreement

Large U.S. and Chinese construction firms this week signed an agreement aimed at creating jobs in both countries. Pennsylvania-based Harsco and China's Zhejiang Construction Materials will work together on Chinese railways and other infrastructure projects. The agreement could generate $100 million in additional revenue for Harsco over the next five years.
