Madoff's top aide to remain in jail awaiting new bail hearing

A federal judge has decided to leave the former right-hand man of convicted swindler Bernard Madoff in jail for the time being. U.S. District Judge Richard Sullivan said he wants more information about the help that Madoff aide Frank DiPascali is giving to prosecutors before deciding whether to grant him bail. The judge also said he needs more assurance that DiPascali won't flee, given the fact that the charges against him could result in DiPascali being sentenced to 125 years in prison.
