Pay czar sets sights on seeking to rework AIG bonuses

White House pay czar Kenneth Feinberg says decisions on bonuses at American International Group will be a "top priority." Executives at AIG are slated to receive about $200 million in retention bonuses in March. It is not clear whether Feinberg will be able to reduce the bonus payments; he does not have authority to determine bonuses on contracts that were signed before rules on bankers' compensation at bailed-out companies were enacted in February.
