Report: Mobile is on track for $3.5B in ad sales in 2010

The mobile ad segment should finish 2010 with $3.5 billion in sales and could tally as much as $24 billion by 2015, according to Informa Telecoms & Media. This year's revenue has been helped in large part by Apple acquiring Quattro Wireless and Google buying AdMob, the report found.
