Banks are learning the power of targeting women and specifically women business owners, writes Joanne Cleaver, who profiles WestPac Banking. The bank sponsors seminars for women business owners and other rising female professionals to help the women connect. The bank's national head of women's markets notes that there generally are differences in dealing with women. "Women take longer to make that decision and sometimes people will get frustrated with that," she said. "But they'll come to you on reputation, and they'll be loyal."
