U.K. advertisers lag as mobile ownership surges

U.K. smartphone ownership is set to reach 75% market penetration next year, but advertisers are lagging, with just 4 in 10 of the market leaders having mobile-optimised sites, says Guy Phillipson, CEO of the IAB UK. With growth more than doubling every year, Phillipson projects that mobile "will undoubtedly be a billion-pound medium within a few years."
